God has promised that no one who thirsts for the Word will be denied access to His Living Water.

The materials you receive are from the actual teaching ministries of Wm T. Pauley (deceased), the former Grace Memorial Bible Church pastor/teacher and pastor/teacher J. Rahrer, pastor of Grace Memorial Bible Church. The materials, tapes and CDs received from Grace Memorial Bible Church are in accordance with the biblical concept of God’s delegated authority (sitting under your right pastor/teacher), which is our Lord’s plan for the proper communication of His Word. For this reason, the purpose of the CDs and tapes are twofold; that (a) they may act as a substitute, or (b) with your pastor’s permission, can be a supplement in your present teaching. If there are no pastor/teachers in the area who teach sound doctrine then these tapes will be provided as a substitute. Or, if your pastor is in agreement to his congregation sitting under other pastor/teachers, these aids are intended to be a supplement teaching.

The assembling of believers under right pastor/teacher is a biblical commandment given by our Lord (Eph 4:11-24; Heb 10:25). With the easy availability of different media, a negative attitude towards His commandment has caused a “falling away” (Heb 3:12). There are several reasons why believers must be faithful in keeping God’s commandments. The first being: it is obedience to His Word. Any negative decision towards God’s Word by any believer is an act of disobedience (sin) and under such conditions these tapes and CDs are not intended to be used as a substitute.

If you have no way of receiving sound doctrine or you have not found a pastor/teacher, then from the ministry of Grace Memorial Bible Church we can, and will, provide personal services for you and your family, or your group.

There is never a charge for any material, tapes or CDs or for the outreach services. The Word of God is freely given and freely received. The Lord provides the Hearers, and the Keepers of His Word provide the feeding of His people.
